We make national and international shipments with the most reliable and punctual carrier on the market.

Shipping times

Within 3 working days from the date of your order you will receive an order confirmation.

Delivery times can vary from 2 to 10 working days depending on the shipping address (excluding the time of preparation of goods and order management that can vary from 2 to 3 working days).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking code to follow the shipment, if available.

In some cases it will be possible to agree the day of delivery with the carrier, to whom we will have already given your phone number provided during registration.

Delivery times for items including a quote request will be communicated directly.

Shipments weighing less than 50 kg are generally sent by express courier (BRT, SDA, TNT, DHL, DPD, etc.).

Only the best couriers

For heavier pallets, we prefer shipment by One Express or CDA, transport companies that deliver pallets by truck with tail lifts and pallet trucks (with advance notification by telephone for delivery by arrangement).

Terms and conditions for transportation

Service included (delivery by pallet truck): Lift truck and pallet truck. Unloading of pallets at street level. 

The terms and conditions of the national and international transportation service only apply to shipments destined for locations accessible to the means of transport required for delivery.

The delivery of pallets with hydraulic tail lifts by heavy semi-trailers can only be carried out at street level, opposite the house number, if it is accessible and under the access and unloading conditions mentioned above.

The following services are not provided by the carrier

A) Unloading within a yard

B) Unloading and/or transportation in a garage

C) Unloading by hand

D) Porters to unload or bring in the goods

What to do in case of damaged goods

In case you receive a package or pallet that is obviously damaged or if you notice that the goods are broken after opening the package, follow the following procedures:

  • Conditionally accept receipt of the package. Some couriers will not issue refunds for broken merchandise unless it was conditionally accepted upon delivery.
  • Take photos of the damaged package/pallet. In the case of a pallet shipment, include the pallet in the photo.
  • Send the photo to customer@ecoceramica.com within 5 days of receiving the order.
